Initial investigations reveal the crash was caused by a wrong way driver who has been taken into custody for suspicious of driving while intoxicated. One person has been confirmed dead because of this crash and three others are in critical condition. #MSHP.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Major Crash Investigation Unit is responding to the scene to assist in the investigation of this crash. #MSHP.
