5+ days without a response to my last tweet @StarbucksUK. Even the Americans have reached out a few times (to state they can’t do anything). Poor service all round, what’s happened to @StarbucksUK ~ the #CX used to be amazing, now it’s poor! From 10’s to 0’s. Return my money. 📲

Oh @virginmedia you strike again… #PoorCX ~ not only are all my services down STILL, but you have zero support… how are customers expected to deal with you without phone and internet, call centre and app is pointless. Then you endlessly text me it’s resolved when it’s not!!
