4 bloody hours!!!!!! Not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 hours we have been sitting on this Norse plane at Gatwick for a @pandocruises cruise. It's getting beyond a joke now and all we have been offered is a 250ml bottle of water. Give us refunds and get us off this plane so we can get home.
