The riprap was just installed around the creek side of the outlet pipe at Smart Wetland 5 and will be installed within the wetland at inlet and outlet. The riprap prevents erosion around the pipes keeping the stable over time. @MP_SWCD @IllinoisLICA @WetlandsTWI #wetlands

The 300-foot view of Smart Wetland 5! The wetland and surrounding buffer will be seeded in the next couple of days. We can wait to see what other plants sprout from the seed bank at that location! @MP_SWCD, #cleanwater, #wetlands
