I am all packed and ready to go tomorrow and get clean once and for all for 11/12 weeks. I am so determined and focused to kick my 20 year prescription habit. Wish me luck.

When I decided to give up drinking in 2005, I went into rehab (The Priory in London) for four weeks, then there were AA meetings for 12 months. It worked as I have been sober ever since. I maybe have to go down that route again.
