Officers seized a knife today which was found by a member of the public along Moreton Street SW1. The knife is not believed to be used in crime however we're glad we were nearby to collect it before it fell into the wrong hands. Another weapon off our streets. #knife #seized

Officers from both Pimlico North and South wards held a joint crime prevention stall outside Pimlico Tube Station today. This is due to a rise in the amount of reported crime and ASB around the area. We spoke to a large number of residents and offer advice on how to stay safe.

Local officers attended a call to the Passport Office on Eccleston Square SW1 to reports someone had a knife in their bag. Upon arrival the person had left however the knife was seized by security and Police have disposed of it safely. Another dangerous weapon off the streets!

Yesterday a female was arrested on Warwick Square SW1 for Possession with Intent to Supply Class A drugs. A proactive stop and search led to a find of over 80 wraps which were about to be dealt to a group of known users. A good result and another dealer in custody.

Officers from the #VSU assisted with patrols around the Pimlico area over the weekend. Two individuals were arrested for possession of an offensive weapon after a foot chase and a search of the surrounding area. Great work from our colleagues and another knife off the streets

There have been a rise in the amount of distraction burglaries taking place around the SW1 area. Individuals are posing as workers to gain access to residential properties and steal valuables. Please read and share the attached information with anyone you know who may be at risk

Officers were conducting a weapon sweep within the Lillington and Longmoore Gardens Estate SW1 when they located and seized a 10 inch kitchen knife. A good find and another weapon taken off the streets.
