Over a long period the system has really made sure we rely 100% on commercial farmers, and in the process also making us think we don’t need our small gardens anymore because we can always get food from the shops. We really need to go back to basics. My father has this back home.

Men too, I know I've gained a lot of weight since I got married, and I still run. There are a lot of factors, one of them is called ageing. It's difficult to keep the weight off as you get older, and there are also new commitments and responsibilities in marriage, kids included.

Down to the wire… My tyre after yesterday’s ride. I got some good mileage out of it though…almost 15000km. And yes, I ride mostly on straight roads🤐

I push the sand at almost every funeral, even in a suit. At the last one there were about 15 of us doing it while over a 100 men were under umbrellas waiting for us to finish. My shirt was wet when we eventually finished. Our people have outsourced Ubuntu/Botho.
