1/ I've been in education for over 30 years. 17yrs at my alma mater, 10yrs homeschooling & private online, 6yrs back in public. I am TIRED! I love working with kids, don't mind helping them overcome math phobia. But the insanity is draining me.

14/ Just realized I never updated this. I resigned the end of that school year in 2024. Now I help teach/tutor other people's homeschooled kids. The system is beyond broken. NCLB followed by Common Core, screens, covid, and the Chromebook generation has ruined education. NAEP
