š¦øGetting āSuperā We were granted āsupercomplainantā status! This gives us a formal power to raise evidence of widespread harm directly with regulators. Weāll be using this power selectively in 2026 to drive action where it matters most.

š„Linking money and health We secured a win with the announcement of new Neighbourhood Health Centres - bringing debt advice and mental health services under one roof. We also saw a commitment to extending Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space to Northern Ireland.

š¦Tackling gambling harm Our Gambling Harms Action Lab moved into delivery mode this year. Weāve had 7 high street banks working together to pilot new tools and use transaction data to better identify and support those at risk.

Today weāve published new research as part of our Gambling Harms Action Lab. Our new policy paper calls on banks and building societies to use customer transaction data to identify and support customers who may be at risk of or experiencing gambling harms.
