We don't live in a democracy. We're living in an anarcho-syndicalist commune. We take it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week, but all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting, by a simple majority...

Note: The price of ANY asset can go down at ANY time. Stocks, crypto, bonds, metals, real estate - anything. The greater your risk profile, the more volatility you are likely exposed to. Oh, and if there is no active market when you decide to get out...

Now wait just a minute here. Do you mean to suggest that trading highly leveraged crypto assets with borrowed money on entirely unregulated, virtual exchanges in the DeFi space was a BAD idea?

Quitting isn't failure - it's intelligence. One of the most valuable skills you can ever learn in life is knowing when to simply cut bait, throw in the towel, shift gears and move in a new direction. Riding the ship to the bottom doesn't make you a hero. It just makes you dead.

I'll say this until the day I die: NEVER invest in physical real estate (rental properties). If you can't rent them out for any reason, YOU have to service that debt. Oh, can't do that? Hello bankruptcy! Be smart and only invest in REITs. Let someone ELSE take on all that risk!

I just realized today that two of my all-time favorite topics to discuss are organizational management strategies and workforce psychology analysis. (And now you start to understand why I don't have any friends)

Humanoid robots aren't about getting any real work done. They are about selling robots to people. The human form is actually one of the worst forms possible for getting any real work done. This is why no industrial robot before today has ever looked anything close to human.

What's your plan for when AI eventually takes your job? Do you have a plan in place yet? You might want to start thinking about that here pretty soon, because it's no longer a question of IF you'll lose your job to AI...now it's really just a question of when?

Here's a harsh reality that no one is ready to accept. Most of us have already lost our jobs to AI, we just don't realize it yet.

Just a reminder (and please do share this far and wide): Don't EVER shop with a debit card. ONLY shop with a credit card. If your debit card gets skimmed, thieves can clean out your entire bank account. When you use a credit card, you are spending the BANK'S money - not yours.

Things in Europe are falling about quickly now. We are very likely only days away from NATO going to full-scale war with Russia. Unless something drastic changes, that's where we are heading here soon.

The sad reality here today is that if you lose your job (for any reason) you can pretty much forget about finding another one. Driving for Uber or DoorDash is about all you can likely look forward to at this point if that happens.

Anyone that thinks AI is going to level-off or slowdown from here doesn't have the first clue what they are talking about. AI is only going to accelerate from here. At some point, you won't even be able to keep up with all the rapid advances in the AI space. No one will.

Start planning and preparing now for one of the worst Christmas seasons we have ever seen (from an economic standpoint). The early writing is already on the wall - and absolutely none of it looks good.

The government is now officially shut down. There is talk that upwards of 100,000 government employees could very soon be fired. Are you a government worker worried about losing your job because of this? Do you have a backup plan in place and ready to go if you do?

We are just now beginning to see the AI-related layoffs hit and people are starting to get spooked. They should be. What is a trickle now will soon be a torrent. Millions of highly paid people will soon be out of a job and driving for Uber just to try and make ends meet.

It's interesting to note that anyone born after today will never know a world without the Internet, without AI, without AI agents, without quantum computer and without robotics. They will think that all those things were just always here.

An open letter to ALL AI COMPANIES: Please don't inject ANY ads into your platforms. The little bit of revenue you generate from that won't even be a rounding error for you, but it will absolutely RUIN the entire experience for your users. Sincerely, every single person on EARTH.

Here's what no one is even really factoring into their thinking yet on AI. We haven't even begun to pair AI up with the (almost limitless) power of quantum computing. Once that eventually happens, there will be a massive "Cambrian Explosion" type leap forward in AI's ability.
