Remember, the thrower must have both feet on or outside the touchline when releasing the ball. A heel on the touchline, even if the rest of his foot is on the field of play, is perfectly legal.

Loving the videos in particular in which we have 10000% not a handball offense, a good argument for a missed penalty, several Switchbacks players crowding an opponent for an unknown reason, and a reckless foul that was seemingly properly sanctioned with a yellow card. Scandal.
