Most everyone that delays caffeine intake to 90-120min post waking experiences increased mood and energy (after the acclimation which takes 1-2 days), better afternoon energy and night time sleep. Caffeine timing matters.

Despite the L, best game of Ep. 5 so far. Teammate left mid-game (for good reason) but rejoined later. Down 10-2 at the half. Had to take @Hiko's advice: frag out and IGL. Sucks to lose, but the team pulled together all 8 rounds. A loss = lesson in positive teamplay. 🐘

APEX has been A LOT of fun recently. Feels wonderful to play a BR and Arenas that encourage constant communication and solid teamwork. Watching @NICKMERCS and @G2Dezignful has also helped. Hope to hit Plat this season. Aiming for Diamond and beyond next season. 🐘
