MJ's scandals can't be explained in a soundbite, which is what the media expects (Gayle offered Weitzman 30 seconds to rebut LN in '19). But Season 1 of @Case4Innocence presents more than 15.5 HOURS of fact-based, heavily researched material on them all.

They insist that the court proceedings are just to get their story out there publicly, despite also having 5 hours of global TV specials, Oprah, front page cover stories from their 2019 media tour. Not reported by any media: The men's willingness to mediate and settle privately.

Another slow grind of developments in the now 12+ years of running litigation by two men who insist they only want to use the court as a platform to tell their post-2012 "truths"—along with 6 prayers for financial relief, treble damages and financial discovery to maximize awards.

CASE UPDATE: Extended Timeline. Both sides and the referee agreed that the discovery deadlines should be extended 6 months (February 10, 2027) due to various delays. A status conference is still scheduled for July 11. If judge agrees, this could delay any trial 'til spring 2027.

Wade was interviewed by LAPD and/or SBSO and Sicard at least twice, reaffirming nothing ever happened. "He's told them over and over again nothing has ever happened.". Sneddon led a 13 month multi-million $ global expedition to find victims through lies and tabloid breadcrumbs.

Sneddon recites more Quindoy gossip alleging a 4:00am incident in 1990 where she called crying on the phone in search of Wade. Joy: "Never. My son has NEVER been to the ranch without me up until this year [1994]."

Joy worked 9 hours a day at a cosmetic firm, which provided her paychecks to MJJ Productions. In turn, they would redistribute as part of the vesa requirement. Joy reiterates how MJ's companies offered nothing to her themselves. No car, no credit card, no medical, no benefits.

Wade and Joy always "had a very close relationship. If anything had happened, I would know about it.". Sneddon fabricates the claim that he had nude photos of Wade, hoping she'd flip. This was a common tactic used in 93-94. "That is not a fair question because they do not exist."

Joy confirms that after they moved to the US, from Sept. 1991 through July 1993, they never saw MJ at Neverland. They visited five times on their own. Joy expresses her frustration in this, believing that MJ showed favoritism toward others like Brett and Mac instead of Wade.

Sneddon's main source for the claim of Joy fearing MJ had kidnapped Wade was the tabloid-selling Quindoys. Who would elevate their story based on the amount of money offered. Joy repeatedly insisted she never said a word to them about anything, let alone something to that tone.

Joy adds context to the reported concern over Wade being missing in 1990. She had to get to the airport and Wade was still in the recording studio with MJ. She calls it "highly exaggerated" that she was in a panic or felt that MJ was intentionally keeping Wade from her.

The second day of dance rehearsals, MJ wasn't even present. It was just Wade and Falcon for another 2-3 hours of practice. Joy explains she never left Wade alone at Neverland in this 1991 visit. The vast majority of their visits in the 1990s occurred when MJ wasn't there at all.

On their Feb. 1991 visit, Joy was directly part of those in the theater during Wade's dance practice. She watched it for two hours, alongside choreographer Bruno Falcon. Adding that MJ "probably would have" let anybody in who wanted to observe. The total opposite of isolation.

The "shopping sprees" commonly raised to suggest grooming patterns against Wade was just a single shopping trip on their first visit that both Wade and Chantal were part of. MJ allowed them to buy "toys, records, CDs" as was a common gesture he allowed for all visiting families.

Wade's line in LN of how MJ's hair was "like a Brillo pad" should had made the entire media collective do a double take. A racism-laced trope parroted by those who never actually felt the hair of African Americans. Yet the only media outlet that called Wade out on this was @BET.

Most importantly, the FBI forensically analyzed 16 hard drives and media storage spanning over 640GB. Not one reference across any device had incriminating or unlawful content. The FBI repeatedly confirmed that no CP was in MJ's possession. A fact even Sneddon & Zonen conceded.
