One player from Michigan that isn’t getting the national attention he deserves is Antonio Gates Jr. He had a huge senior season going up against the best competition in the state and dominated, was a MR football candidate as a WR. MSU is getting a great one!

D2 isn’t for “bad players” it’s for D1 level players that got under recruited or players who had D1 offers and waited to long to commit and lost their spot at a D1 or D1 level talent that happen to be a little undersized don’t sleep on D2 Football!!!

Montana is heading to the D1 FCS National Championship. Ferris state played them week 3 at Montana and was up most of the game and ended up losing a nail biter. Just goes to show how good Ferris State and the GLIAC is.

There are no FCS Teams in Michigan so some of these D2 teams in Michigan are getting FCS level talent every year which is why the GLIAC is one of the best conferences in D2 and why there’s always a team from Michigan competing for a national championship!

Kalen King will be a steal for any NFL team. He had 1 bad game in 3 years at Penn State against the best WR in the draft. He is a football player go watch the film. Too many people put too much weight on the pre draft process which doesn’t always translate.

The best team in the state from what I’ve seen is West Bloomfield. They have a high powered offense and probably have the best back 7 defense in Michigan this year. They need to get better up front but the LB play makes up for it and on offense they run a lot of quick plays.
