Professor Philipp Bleek spoke at the Arms Control Negotiation Academy (#ACONA) Conference in Reykjavik, marking 39 years since the 1986 Reagan-Gorbachev summit. He connected with Gorbachev’s former interpreter Pavel Palazhchenko. Nikolai Sokov and several MIIS alumni also joined.
