Transfer window got me thinking - Where are the spaces that nurture and support directors? Not the buildings pushing to grab you at Isak levels, but the places willing to care for, develop and give talent space to fail? Schemes are stopping. Routes closing. What do we do?

Like listing ingredients. If you know you’ve got no allergies you don’t have to read it. If you do, it’s good to know that delicious looking sandwich has the potential to really fuck you up. You can then choose to risk the satay sauce or avoid it. Be kind, don’t be a plonker!
