@shawkdoc @TamingtheSRU @HamzaIjazMD @laertezz @MFreder12 Lessons learned/reinforced from this case 1. When the resuscitation leader is calm, the room is calm 2. Permissive hypotension doesn’t just apply to trauma 3. Resuscitate before you intubate 4. DSI to preoxygenate works wonders so be patient. Reserve is critical.
