All lanes have been re-opened, and traffic is no longer being diverted. Still delays, but will clear up soon.
I-95 is still experiencing significant delays - traffic is backed up almost 10 miles. Southbound traffic is still being diverted to Exit 25 at this time.

A commercial vehicle has cashed into the median on Interstate 295 at mile marker 35 in Topsham. The driver was not injured. Expect delays and lane closures both north and southbound as crews work to remove the vehicle.
