@blanchard4bmore Then in the 11th hour, literally right before 5pm last Friday, Blanchard's office called Fr Bozant to deliver the good news - that the permits had been secured, and the procession was on. Even Mayor Scott's office called Father to confirm the details.

Fr Bozant then went to their city councilman, @blanchard4bmore. Father didn't know at the time that Blanchard is a practicing Catholic, and that he would end up being the glue that brought the whole plan together.

Fr Bozant and his office manager then went to the Archdiocese for help, but they were no help at all. They got them "permission" to process on the sidewalks - permission nobody needs. "Again, I refused to accept this." 🔥
