It's #NationalPTSDAwarenessDay. PTSD affects many of us in different ways. The past year has hit our EMS community hard and the effects of the pandemic will be felt for some time. If you're on the front lines of this crisis, seek support when you feel the need. You are not alone.

Dr. Mark Merlin created the MD1 Program in 2002 out of a passion for emergency medicine and with the goal of saving lives. We recognize all other programs who came before us and paved the way for out of hospital physician care. Let’s keep up the great work!
