ICYMI: The Marshall County Back 2 School Fun Fair is this Wednesday, July 30, 2025, in the Moundsville Center at the former West Virginia State Penitentiary from 9:00 am until noon. Each Marshall County student, accompanied by an adult, will receive free school supplies and more.

Central Elementary School, Moundsville Middle School and Sherrard Middle School have been designated as 2024-2025 West Virginia PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) Tier 1 Model Schools. These schools show improved student outcomes due to PBIS.

ICYMI: @MCSWV, first responders and law enforcement are having an operations-based emergency training at Moundsville Middle School today. You will see police cars, fire trucks and ambulances around the school, stadium and field house. They will be practicing emergency responses.

Marshall County Schools kicked off its 5th annual Career & Technical Education Summer Camp on Monday. The nearly 180 students who attended were able to participate in two of the 14 programs offered. Students return this morning for a final day of fun and learning.
