This year, we were proud to support families from MCC Parenting Team, MYZ, One Manchester and NACRO with a life-changing trip to Ghyll Head. These experiences weren’t just about the activities. They were about bonding, courage, and trying things that once felt impossible.

Ahmed’s story shows exactly why our Manchester’s Rising Stars Fund exists: to remove barriers and give young people in Manchester the chance to thrive. From a refugee with limited resources, Ahmed is now well on his way to becoming a Taekwondo instructor. #WeLoveMCRCharity
