In our study @eLife we uncover the mechanism of mPPase inhibition. Many structures to date are in a symmetric form. We use EPR(PELDOR/DEER) and reveal asymmetric binding at the active site while maintaining a symmetric conformation at the periplasmic site https://t.co/vQXx581ZJZ

Paper alert! A collaborative study led by @tranejoan published in @eLife shows that circadian-regulated endocytic recycling is central to homeostatic assembly of collagen fibrils and is disrupted in diseases.

Non covalent spin labelling enables EPR distance measurements for dynamics on the human tetrameric TRPC5 ion channel. With 84 x native Cysteines, TRPC5 is not accessible by conventional spin labelling methods. CryoEM structures with spin labelled substrates confirm DEER findings
