What do we have to do in order to get someone at UPS to look into this situation and resolve it? This has been going on for months, and it's getting ridiculous. 5/5.

The conclusion is that we're packing correctly, and the labels are being removed in Syracuse; but nobody at UPS seems to care enough to get this fixed. So our customers suffer (because the package is slowed down), and we have to waste time. 4/5.

We've called repeatedly. We ship (average) three to five UPS packages internationally a week. This always happens. The people in Ithaca say "we didn't remove the pouches". The people in Louisville say "there's no pouch, and not even the labels" 3/5.

The note is really kind of irritating to our extremely conscientious ops team. We attached a commercial invoice. We signed the invoice. We put labels on the box (under tape). We put a label on the pouch. 2/5
