I have built up a really cool community in rugby and now within school boy rugby , and think itโs really important that men are able to talk up , be vulnerable and tell their stories. I want to speak to people about their experiences but felt it was important I shared mine first.

For so many years the U18s and Baby Boks had excellent individuals but just couldnโt get it to click as a whole but these sides have both the good individuals and the right balance with players playing in their best positions. The right mix of everything. Brilliant.
