We're planning on the LP going live within a specific time window after the presale ends or after the hardcap is hit. Hardcap for $HAPPY will be 25 eth and the initial marketcap will be sub $50k. 1% total tax, which will be used to buyback/burn both $HAPPY and $MAD

$MAD holders will receive their disbursements in batches as to not greatly impact the $HAPPY market. The first disbursement for $MAD holders will be sent shortly after the $HAPPY LP goes live.
