A 4 y/o was brought to ER while iam working with head injury by airstrike. Hia heart stopped we fighting against time, CPR started Every second felt like an eternity as i worked tirelessly, my eyes scanning his lifeless form for any sign of a heartbeat. miracle happened ❤️🇵🇸
