i hate how some people talk as if steven was a burden, a deadweight, to the crystal gems.taking care of him was not natural for the them, but he is their most precious little thing in the universe.

lars self-hate has always been so big and his insecurities have always been so present in his life. even tough he did overcome this a little, i do think the fact that his new magic body, and the consequences of it, must made him go into a spiral of insecurities again :(.
