Call them by their respective name. I've watched someone say "Can you pick up my scout?" The player had no idea what that was; not his fault. It makes a difference.

The GC scene makes me really miss the CS scene. There were rivalries and banter but at the end of the day every player that I have ever faced in an official or on stage was professional and those who weren't learned real quick that that behavior was unacceptable.
