A wonderful, system-shifting project for female high-performance coaches led by @theAIS . I can’t express strongly enough how much difference it makes opening this conversation up fully and shining bright light directly into it.
#theAIS continues to address the under-representation of women in high performance coaching roles with the Women in High Performance Coach Showcase bringing together 90 coaches, sport executives, performance directors and researchers to share learnings and collaborate.
