In 2023, @CollabChad raised $2,380,553 in the @VitreusChain presale. Of the Vitreus money, only $298,022 went to Vitreus. Chad offramped the rest for himself/a company 100% owned by him & co-conspirator @CRYPfoo12. 1/

π¨ π© Another presale from serial token launcher @CryptoControl3. I suppose the last few presales & tokens he launched that went down 99% werenοΏ½οΏ½t enough, so he needs another one to siphon funds from. π¨ π©

Well, this confirms the suspicion that @SamCKx is trying to now say that the EGC project and "utilities" such as @AtlasWallet were always privately owned by him. That is not how I ever saw the project presented. Why wouldn't he say that it was a private project as a retort for
Current and former holders of Evergrow EGC and @CedarDAO, it appears that @SamCKx is trying to build a narrative that the EGCedar project has always been "privately" owned and funds from the "privately" owned token funded Atlas which was also "privately" owned through Wallet

π¨ Buyers Beware π¨ Paul Treff (@PaulTreffx) is going to launch his own token, the former team member of Evergrow (now @CedarDAO ) who sold his bags including team tokens he was given. He even sold Cedar tokens after it launched. Paul does not care about holders. He only

Sam's current line is: "I really wanted to speak out...I did...but but the Safemoon Army would have said bad things about me."π Sam forgets: HE was the one that attacked those that spoke out - & those partners that left. Thieves try to destroy evidence https://t.co/BlLRUPvmjN

π What a clown. "Rumors"? ALL the evidence - spelled out in @coffeebreak_YT YT video...the blockchain evidence from @SystemsTng, @BlameBootsy and many others. @SamCKx is either a moron that couldn't comprehend crystal clear evidence ("rumor" π)...or a run-of-the-mill grifter

Despite all the evidence - from @coffeebreak_YT, @BlameBootsy, @SystemsTng & many others pointing out the Safemoon fraud...@SamCKx publicly backed Safemoon & attacked 'fud'...until Karony was indicted. He knew full well it was criminal...but wanted to soak the Army for more

What a LIAR! π Do people still believe this clown? @coffeebreak_YT's investigation dropped on April 22, 2022. @SamCKx was still doubling down on Safemoon 6 months later. Sam is every bit the scammer as Karony - just not as skilled at it π

More lies from @CryptoControl3. Now he's saying he "didn't hold any tokens of either" of his scam projects. However, he explicitly stated that he bought the @SolCtrlOfficial presale...along with his family members.
@LynnScraggs @CryptoControl3 Believes the tokens will change defi so much that hes never owned any of them

He failed at everything he touched...yet - he didn't "fail" to enrich himself at the expense of his followers. "Failure" has been quite lucrative for @CryptoControl3 - went from unable to pay a $1,000 credit card bill to making 10s of thousands in a month from his followers

There may be bigger scammers, but @CryptoControl3 is one of the biggest losers. He's launched multiple scams...fleeced his followers...and now launching yet another grift. "It could change everything" The only change you'll see is a decline your net worth

Not surprising at all, same nonsense they have been saying for months. I hope anyone using the @AtlasWallet beta follows the recommendations to back up their seeds and refrain from using the app until things are back online. Please do not use an unsupported wallet. What a mess.

@CollabChad's repeated omissions and lies represent an ongoing fraud against investors. Chad repeatedly told investors he and @CRYPfoo12 "funded [the] COMPLiQ build". However, Paid In Capital (shown in the balance sheet) was only $123,330. VTRS investors paid the dev work. 11/

Reminder: two months after @CollabChad determined that the COMPLiQ product was dead (and didn't tell investors), he took to Discord and publicly told his investors: "COMPLiQ is going great and almost ready for sales." This is textbook fraud.
"Squandered" because Chad admitted he had to "pivot" at the end of 2023...when he realized COMPLiQ couldn't access critical datafeeds...AFTER most of the dev work had been completed. In other words, nearly ALL of the contract labor, wages, etc. were spent on a dead product. 3/

Sadly - @CollabChad, @CRYPfoo12, @mrscryptorabbit and team have stolen millions from investors. The above receipts illustrate a small portion of the @VitreusChain fraud. Victims - please report this fraud to authorities & bring Chad and team to justice. https://t.co/1xBVmxjrIM
ChatGPT says we should be submitting evidence of the #Vitreus / @CollaborativeWM fraud to the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. If anyone has any contacts there or the Florida AG (@AGJamesUthmeier) - please let me know. https://t.co/qlqWWodVFM

@CollabChad even appears to have lied about not paying for marketing videos [which made materially misleading statements about future investor returns] in an attempt to entice investors... see payment from @CRYPfoo12 to @CryptoControl3 same day video was released 13/

@CollabChad sold an unregistered security to investors - telling them he would release a legal opinion showing that the VTRS token would not legally be considered a security... then withheld the completed opinion and hired the attorney as Chief Legal Officer... 12/
