Amazing (& 😡disappointing) that despite Councillors, EMS, JMPD and the City of Joburg repeatedly sharing the fireworks by-laws, residents are already setting off fireworks in the Bryanston area outside of approved times!

@CityofJoburgZA Shared 011 375 5555 number with residents to use as the city power mobi system is down. 20 minutes to speak to a person who tells the resident to log online, when they tell them cant as it is down. They say the cant help - Seriously!!! @DA_JHB
