2/2 we (Halifax) did okay was always going to be difficult. Disappointing to concede from another set piece. 4 in a row now! Build up was a bit slow, but we looked okay at times. Carlisle away on a Tuesday night is as tough as it gets in this league. Need to win on Sat now.

1/2 Played Carlisle at a bad time. A side full of confidence. CCC does not only add something different going forward but he also gets the best out of Luamba and Linney too. Probably the best performance I’ve seen from Carlisle’s midfield this season. Macadam looked class.

This club has Such a waste of potential😭 We’ve got the best standing terrace in England, a 10k+ capacity ground. 75+ history in the EFL. Playoffs in 3/4 years with Fa trophy too. Strong start to this season. And that’s what turns up, The town of Halifax should be ashamed.

Played right into Exeter’s hands in that first half. Possession based football against L1 opposition. Passing around the back trying to draw Exeter out and it’s not worked. Led to a mistake which has gifted them a second. Frustrating as we were just getting into the match.

A sad day for #Alty . Certainly been a poor start to the season but I personally felt due to what Phil’s done for the club they may have given him a bit more time. Clearly shows the ambitions of Alty as a football club. Lower midtable won’t be acceptable for them this season
