Slowed down considerably progress-wise, but I’m currently sitting at -19lbs as of today, which is about 11 weeks since I started. Have definitely slowed down on my 2/week, but still down about 6lbs in the last 5 weeks, so not too bad. Just gotta keep grinding 💪.
6 weeks, 13 lbs. Shooting for 2lbs/week but weight fluctuations got me going a bit over. If you stopped grinding recently pick your head back up and get back to the gym. Grind season 💪.

Started going to the gym and changed my diet for the better along with the new year and I’m down about 8 lbs so far and I just feel tons better. Gotta stick with it and keep going but it feels good to start getting into a routine.
