Midnight beta access starts November 11 - if you get in with luck or by pre ordering the epic edition, make sure to give them feedback about UI customization and accessibility as soon as you can. The more the better.

Development of ElvUI for Midnight is now officially on hold. We would need to see major changes from Blizzard very soon to be able to actually provide the UI replacement our users want.

Obviously we have yet to get access and login, but looking at the technical details for the AddOn changes ahead, it's looking like a very big time investment to get everything even close to a usable state. And we will lose a very big amount of features.

There is a high chance your plugins will require updating and not work out of the box.

ElvUI 14 is now available for download! This is easily one of our biggest releases in history with more than 6 weeks of development and testing. Noteworthy changes below, but I highly recommend reading the full changelog on website/client.

12.0 Alpha testing Phase 1 starts October 2nd and the only UI feature test mentioned is Encounter Warnings in Phase 3. Does that mean Nameplates and Damage Meter will be available from the start or not at all until Beta?👀

Be very careful about downloading any fresh released fps booster, performance improver or aura fix AddOns. I've seen two of them today fully AI coded. Installing might result in bricking your game settings and uninstalling will not revert it unless you restore Blizzard defaults.

If you are using WowUp or WowUp-CF you won't receive Mists of Pandaria Classic updates for your AddOns unless you upgrade to the beta build of the app. This has to be done manually currently, the in-app updater will error out. Download links in the replies below.

A lot of people still struggle with updating their AddOns, more specifically the transition from Cataclysm to Mists with today’s pre-patch. If you don’t use a client like WowUp, the correct file path is _classic_\Interface\AddOns. Make sure to delete old files first.

So Blizzard will release a rotation helper and a one-button rotation ability in 11.1.7 & is already working on native boss mods, damage meter and name plate customization, what could possibly go wrong after this useless initial release of the cooldown manager?
