Super excited about our @eLife paper on the comparison of methodologies in estimating germline mutation rate from pedigrees. Awesome collaboration on this work!

This first comparison of different methodologies to estimate germline mutation rate from pedigrees resulted in almost a 2-fold variation in the estimated rates, discrepancies mainly caused by...

Our preprint is out!! We compared different methods to estimate germline #mutation rates from pedigrees and tested the impact of the commonly used filters on the final estimated rates. Great collaboration with 20 co-authors signing this work!! .
