Hosting a tournament and playing it yourself is just outright unprofessional. Tourney hosts make the rules, hold the funds, etc. But if you're actually PLAYING it, leave the admin and rule enforcement up to someone else. If you can't, then just don't host it, period.

Just helped a single Mom get enrolled into college after she's struggled to support herself and her kids on a minimum wage job with no future prospects. Gotta say, that one felt pretty damned good.

After a long night of consideration, I am stepping away from gaming, completely. The comp scene has turned into a bunch of whining, sniveling, manipulating people who want to scheme and weasel their way through instead of actually putting in the work necessary.
