my goal for this year, is to fix my health. not just physical, but mentally, i will never fix my anxiety or depression, but i can fix the habits i create from it.

my goal from last year was to work on my working habits. to not panic and run away from responsibilities. and id say i finally accomplished it, fighting for my rights at work, and generally working hard to avoid complete isolation.
