๐Ÿšฟ Detective Insight 4: Are the culprits Legionella or NTM? Then look at your water sources, whether it's tap water ๐Ÿšฐor ice๐ŸงŠ ๐Ÿซง Also, what have you been cleaning your stuff with? Check if that bronchoscope reprocessor (or its water intake) is teeming with bacteria!๐Ÿฆ

4/ ๐Ÿ’€Outcomes: Mortality rate in published cases was 19.1% in adults and 7.1% in children. Mortality rate from CDC is 12.5%, suggesting publication bias. Complications included paralysis and cognitive deficits, often persistent.
