vibe-kanban is great. I knew I could parallelise my work more, but there was too much friction in managing worktrees by hand, checking if any agent needed input, etc. Now there's no more friction. My bottleneck is now getting specs ready before my agents run out of work to do.

Here's a timeline of how I usually juggle parallel tasks. It ends up looking like a waterfall, each task starts when the files it needs to edit become free, with some planning overlapping in parallel. The more time you spend planning, the less time you’ll spend giving feedback,

For the click handlers, I created a single task, then duplicated it three times, editing each with the specifics for each option. These four tasks are safe to run in parallel since each touches a completely separate component/file. Each task might need to make a small change to

The key is to start tasks in parallel that are unlikely to make changes to the same files. Here I built a dropdown UI with 4x options, next I can fill out what happens on click for each of those options.
