So what have we learnt?. Well, with a 9/15 score on the Hit Rate, we certainly have stronger Series Openers since 2005 than Finales. I think this speaks to the great ambition of Doctor Who as a concept, whereby we explore these incredible ideas and themes that don’t always come

The Robot Revolution. AVERAGE. Perhaps due to its recency, this one is the hardest to rate so far. I think this is an excellent companion introduction, and I instantly warmed to Belinda but there is something missing that I can’t quite put my finger on. I think a rewatch is

Space Babies. POOR. I don’t think this one is quite as offensively bad as some would have you believe, but ultimately, it is slow and formulaic with little rewatch value. Cute babies though. Hit Rate: 9/14
