It's okay not to be okay. Unless, of course, you're the one that's not okay. It's time I challenged the fear I have of others seeing me as less and my own negative views of who I am because of mental illness. 3 years ago, I was sectioned. This is my story.

Seeing as it's been mental health awareness week this week I thought I'd share a little of what's been going on in my head this week as the start date for my new job edges closer and the reality that wherever i go my mental health will follow 💭💚.
