I ran a two day experiment. I programmed remotely on my dev machine at home. Two days. One hour per session. Uding ssh tunnel. Vim over ssh = 110MB in data transfer. Vim on terminal via rdp = 1.1GB.

I moved from @Raspberry_Pi 3b to GmkTec G5 as my NAS controller. I am using USB NAS enclosure with SW raid. File transfer speed went from 11Mbps to 130Mbps. Now what to use rPi for? 🤔.
