A5) If you’re handy like Steve, I’d say ok. But installing flooring with a lack of knowledge on installation, I would hire a pro and make sure it’s done properly. Especially when it will increase the value of your home. #BldgREChat

A2) Budget is usually the first thing to consider, as that could determine the type of flooring. If you have kids and pets, steer clear of hardwood flooring as it scratches quite easily. LVT and Tile are the best options. #BldgREChat
