I can’t tell you how many times people come to therapy and apologize for their feelings–in a space that’s all about understanding their feelings + while they’re literally surrounded by tissue boxes 🤧

Next time you downplay your feelings, ask yourself: Who taught you that *their* comfort is more important than yours?

@LoriGottlieb1 Really terrible advice you gave the woman whose father shows up at her job trying to force a relationship So terrible and harmful that I think you should ask for the article to be removed from social media.
