It’s my first #FathersDay without my father, who died in March and has been missed every day since. Heading to the cemetery to pay a visit, and thinking about what I wrote about us in #MaybeYouShouldTalkToSomeone . I’ll never forget our conversation after he read this page. ❤️

@LoriGottlieb1 Sending love your way from another daughter missing her dad. Every day is tough but on Father’s Day and other special occasions, the grief is front and center. I read your book this winter and it opened my eyes and heart to so much. Thank you 💙

@LoriGottlieb1 My first without mine. And my mom is gone too. Hit me harder than expected. But loved reading this. I had a good dad too.

@LoriGottlieb1 My father passed away 15 yrs and not a second goes by that I don’t carry him with me! Your conversation with him in your book was sooo endearing and sweet, treasure it forever. We are in this lonely club together.

@LoriGottlieb1 You’ve captured this so perfectly. My father passed April 2019 and we left nothing unsaid. It’s such a peaceful feeling. All of my love to you today. This is such a sucky club to be a part of.

@LoriGottlieb1 It was a poignant moment in the book when you realized that your son would not have what you had with your father. ❤️

@LoriGottlieb1 If your description in #MaybeYouShouldTalkToSomeone is any indication, he seemed like a wonderful man. Always touching to read about the special bond b/w an adoring father & daughter. So sorry for your loss & thank you for sharing such intimate & tender moments in your writing.
