Following your reply, I went down a rabbit hole on this Pareto Principle / 80/20 Rule In business: 80% of revenue comes from 20% of customers. 80% of problems come from 20% of causes. 80% of sales come from 20% of products.

Angela Rayner's house, sits on a very large plot and that property has planning for a detached bungalow - I have checked at the Land Registry - therefore, there is some evidence it may be worth around £650k mark I don't feel I cant disclose the address.

Starmer’ popularity is appalling - there is something in the background waiting to burst persistent rumours around his sexuality or love child - he is surround by some who would want to be PM - if there was a leadership contest who would run and win & what’s your pref

Thought for the evening : if it costs the state £8k to educate a child, surely it would be better for the Local Authority to pay the vat for a child with any form of SEND to stay put as that would be circa £3k - then they are discharging their responsibly properly

Posting their address BEFORE being found guilty is inappropriate - I am sure statistically 99%+ chance they are guilty but if found not guilty the accusation would always be somewhere on the internet-family members/neighbours could be put at risk of vigilante attacks

Parents having saved state money by educ kids are portrayed as abusing tax breaks - yet education always exempt only tax break business rate relief which has now gone - it’s all very spiteful

VAT on school fees - it is est around 6% of pupils will leave to join state - however what if the loss of 6% of pupils cause whole school to fail then many more displaced where do they go - enormous disruption esp if in 6th form or final yr GCSE

The Govt ( whatever colour) gained from kids going private because, of course, they reduced funding. Now they suggest those parents are exploiting a tax break - Education, training, learning in Europe have always been exempt - very spiteful. Only tax break - bus rate relief

(1of2)Kings Speech on the matter of Leasehold & ground rents https://t.co/WkbkfMgxlY Page 75 uses the words "regulating" -knowing the word "cap" has been the buzz word & its simplicity to u/stand - to chose to regulate implies support IMO to Option 6
