Today, a group of dancers who have a range of disabilities (Deaf, visually impaired, learning disability and/or physical disability) and non-disabled all danced some of @SirMattBourne repertoire together. I had to take a moment to just take in what was achieved today. Inclusion.

I spent the morning tuning and cleaning my wheelchair, then spent the evening wheeling through the grass, leaves, and mud! I actually got in an intense workout and was really pushing myself, literally. I would’ve been nonstop…And then I ran over part of a tree! 😂🤣 @Loopwheels
