Problem solved, it turns out the website will check the "organization name" field and my university name is too short so it raised the error. Submitted with "National University of Singapore, Singapore".

#ICASSP2025 .I got "There was an error trying to send your message" when filling my info for visa on their website. Started report this issue be never get any response since Dec . Even more confusing than getting a visa rejection since I cannot proceed with the application.
