The fact that they had to use deceptive language on the ballot says it all. The funds are ALREADY invested in secure bonds. This asks permission to invest them in HIGHLY VOLATILE stock market, which is a terrible idea given WA state lost 26% of the money last time they did it.
If you live in Washington State you should vote to REJECT this constitutional amendment. When have you trusted the state to invest your money wisely? This will be a stepping stone to future amendments and be used as justification to do the same with other funds. VOTE NO!

In WA state gays forced on me: - men in my daughter's bathrooms and locker rooms - we've already been harassed by men in women's bathrooms TWICE - loss of custody & state funded mutilation of my child - gay curriculum starting in Kindergarten WA state is run by gays.
